Our “long time” readers will remember the hot stretch of luck HarCo residents had with lottery tickets & scratch offs last fall… well it happened again. A retired Havre de Grace man stopped for a scratch-off last week and won $50,000. Meanwhile, I’d have better odds just handing the cashier $20 and asking them to laugh at me. Anyways.
